Self Pay Rates

We are out of network with all major insurances, making us a private pay clinic. We have learned that by billing insurance companies directly, we are at the mercy of a third party provider to determine if our services are deemed "necessary" and are limited to treating only certain children with a certain approved diagnosis. We feel that this approach limits us in providing individualized care tailored to each child's specific needs, as well as unfairly disqualifies children from services who do not have a diagnosis at the time. We treat the child's strengths and weaknesses, NOT their diagnosis.

Due to this reason, we will not bill your insurance. We will, however, provide you with a Super Bill to allow you to submit to your insurance for any reimbursement you may be entitled to through your specific plan through your out-of-network benefits. We are happy to explain more about the Super Bill when you set up your appointments.
